Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Shopping online with Good Night Linen is very simple and safe.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, contact details, company registration.
Once you have added your selection of products to our shopping cart you will need to register. Please complete the online form. This form is linked to your order and will give us at Good Night Linen the information we need to process your order.
Good Night Linen will forward your invoice for payment with banking details. Payments not done within 7 days of invoicing will be cancelled.

On receiving your proof of payment mailed to accounts@goodnightlinen.co.your order will be packed and dispatched. Take note that orders can take up to 7 days to process Subject to stock availability with suppliers and our own production capabilities as well as receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days (unless a different lead-time has been stated on the website for a specific product or range) and handed over to a courier company.
PLEASE NOTE THAT Good Night Linen do not ACCEPT CHEQUE OR CASH DEPOSITS. If you use any of these methods we will keep your monies and not send you the goods or we will add another 50% on the total of the order.

Do take note that the information you provide will be kept by Good Night Linen and used for marketing purposes on our product and information we think our clients should know. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER COMPANIES.

Due to the daily changes on Internet explorer we have had the experience that the login details cannot be retrieve when a client wants to order for the second time. We do suggest that Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari search engines be used to have the ultimate experience of shopping on line with Good Night Linen.

Delivery

Subject to availability, orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days after payment reflects in Good Night Linen’s bank account and notification confirmed by email.
.No product/order will leave Good Night Linen’s premises without full payment.

We like our products to be delivered by Fastway Couriers within Johannesburg and Tshwane area. You may use your own courier as well. For cross country forwarding of parcels we will search for the cheapest way and means to get it to you.

We do our best to deliver on a timely basis, but we are sometimes dependant on suppliers or courier companies, and cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns and Refund Policy

The provision of goods and services by Good Night Linen CC is subjected to availability.
In cases of unavailability, Good Night Linen will refund the client in full within 30 days after the client has been informed via email and if needed re-arrange the order.
Cancellation should be done by email before dispatch to info@goodnightlinen.co.za
All returns must be arranged with Good Night Linen via email at info@goodnightlinen.co.za
Returns will be accepted on the condition that goods have not been used and the return is executed in 3 days of delivery and still in original packaging. Credit for any returned products is at the discretion of Good Night Linen after receipt and inspection of the products.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Good Night Linen CC is sold pursuant to a shipment contract.
Our shipments are insured and in the event of damage or loss, the necessary steps will be taken.
We cannot guarantee an immediate replacement of lost/damaged parcels as they are subject to investigation prior to replacement.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

Provider reserves the right to change or modify, add to or remove portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

Limitation of liability

The Website and all Content on the Website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Owners make no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content. International Delivery
